Somatic Yoga & Sound is a 60 minute class focused on relaxation and body awareness. We begin with a grounding meditation followed by Pranayama (breathing techniques) and gentle somatic yoga movements to release tension and connect with your body.
The class ends with a restful Savasana with soothing sounds of crystal bowls and tuning forks.
This practice invites you to fully arrive in your body and find deep relaxation.
All levels are welcome to join.
